About

Strategic Shifts. Smart Plays. Sustained Performance.

For your business strategy to deliver, and for performance issues to truly shift, you need to look beyond the symptoms.

ReWireWorks brings deep systems expertise turned into a diagnostic experience, to surface what's really holding performance back. Distilled from and informed by over 25 years of practice, this tool helps leaders pause the noise, uncover system-level friction, make strategic shifts and begin rewiring their culture, leadership, or execution systems to unlock lasting, scalable performance.

By rewiring the system and not just the symptoms, your organisation will adapt faster, perform better, and stay competitive in a changing world.

My journey

Over 25 years, leading at the intersection of people, performance, and possibility, helping organisations align their culture with strategy and evolve sustainably.

My journey spans New Zealand, Australia, and India — with experience across sectors including engineering, infrastructure, design, technology, and professional services. I've worked in and alongside organisations of varying scale, maturity, and complexity — from early-stage ventures to large, multi-layered enterprises navigating transformation.

Work behind the work

I've led large-scale transformations, built integrated people systems, and shaped culture from the boardroom to the front line. My work blends strategic foresight, operational depth, and cultural fluency. I've worked inside executive teams, served on governance boards, and helped build scalable systems.

My foundation in early-stage consulting across India's tech and service sectors gives me a unique "design from scratch" mindset.

It was through a combination of this work and design mindset, that I began crafting ReWireWorks, a sense-making diagnostic toolkit distilled from the questions that consistently unlocked insight, movement, and system clarity in real organisations. It is not a plug-in survey; it is the essence of what happened in the room, shaped into a diagnostic you can test today.
