How we work together

You’ve got challenges. Execution of strategy falling short of expected results, performance not shifting, teams not clicking, or transformation fatigue. But what you don’t have is time to host consultants on-site or the bandwidth to interpret lengthy reports. That’s where ReWireWorks is different. I don’t drop in with a templated playbook nor will you have to get into a workshop spiral. I work virtually, consult flexibly. From diagnostic to delivery, everything is designed for clarity, speed, and traction.

Step 1: Initial Call (Free)
A 30-minute virtual conversation to understand what’s going on, what’s at stake, and whether we’re a fit.

Step 2: Quick Diagnostic (Free)
While the full ReWireWorks diagnostic is currently available through Advance Access, all new engagements begin with a brief online taster of the ReWireWorks experience. You will complete the quick diagnostic, which will surface preliminary system-level friction points across people, culture, or leadership practices and identify priority domains. 

Step 3: Your Gameplan
If we go ahead, I’ll deliver a clear, punchy 1-page gameplan no jargon, no fluff. This outlines what we’ll do, what I’ll need from you, and what success looks like. For a limited time, you can become part of the advance access programme. 

Step 4: Delivery partner

Should you want more help, I work alongside you to rewire the conditions that create the problem in the first place. I start by helping you get sharp on the real problem, surface the assumptions underneath it, and map what’s actually going on, not just what’s being said. From there, the people closest to the challenge and those with untapped perspective get invited to be part of developing solutions. Because the most effective solutions already exist inside your system. My job is to help you find them, shape them, and make them usable. This isn’t change from the outside. It’s transformation from within. 


Engagement Models

Fixed Scope Project: We agree on the brief, timeframe, and outcomes. Everything is scoped upfront. Ideal for focused shifts.

Retained Partnership: If you want ongoing access for thought partnership, sense-making, and adaptive coaching, we set up a lightweight retainer you get a trusted advisor on call, without a full-time hire.
