Step 2:Preliminary Diagnostic (Free)
While the full ReWireWorks diagnostic is currently available through Advance Access, all new engagements begin with a brief online taster of the ReWireWorks experience.  You will complete a quick diagnostic, which will surface preliminary system-level friction points across people, culture, or leadership practices that hinder your strategy’s success. 

Step 3: Your Gameplan
If we go ahead, I’ll deliver a clear, punchy 1-page gameplan no jargon, no fluff. This outlines  the strategic actions we’ll take, your key roles, and the measurable outcomes we’ll deliver. For a limited time, you can become part of the advance access programme. 

Step 4: Delivery partner

Should you want more help, I work alongside you to rewire the conditions that create the problem in the first place. I start by helping you get sharp on the real problem, surface the hidden assumptions  and map what’s actually going on, not just what’s being said. From there, the people closest to the challenge and those with untapped perspective get invited to be part of developing solutions. This approach leverages your team’s knowledge, turning internal insights into transformative action. The most effective solutions already exist inside your system. My job is to help you find them, shape them, and make them usable. This isn’t change from the outside. It’s transformation from within.

Retained Partnership: If you want ongoing access for thought partnership, sense-making, and adaptive coaching, we set up an ongoing advisory partnership. You get a trusted advisor on call, without the need for a full-time hire. This model allows for flexibility as business needs evolve.
